With products reaching millions of patients across more than 50 countries, Nobel İlaç plays a significant role in the global healthcare ecosystem, supported by its advanced manufacturing capabilities in Düzce. Since 2000, the Düzce Manufacturing Facilities, operating under Nobel İlaç, have been equipped with a high-tech equipment pool and a robotic and fully automated warehouse system.
With a total enclosed area of approximately 55,000 square meters, the facility fully complies with GMP requirements at the highest standards. Manufacturing activities are carried out using sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies.
The site operates high-speed production and packaging lines equipped with the latest technology and is continuously monitored through automated systems. Continuous improvement methodologies and lean production tools are applied across operations, while Industry 4.0 initiatives represent a key component of the facility’s long-term transformation strategy.
In addition to its own product portfolio, Nobel İlaç provides contract manufacturing services for various domestic and international companies. Its manufacturing facilities are regularly inspected by the Turkish Ministry of Health as well as international regulatory authorities, including those of the European Union, Ukraine, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Belarus, and are certified as compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as well as internationally recognized standards for Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Energy Management, and Information Security, through ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 27001 certifications.
